Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and LocusML for this website, including research pages, live trade logs, and paid model access on Trade with us. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a seat.

What you are buying

A paid seat is access to the live book and alerts for the model you choose. It is not a managed account, not a share of our brokerage account, and not a promise of profit. You still place your own orders at your own broker, with your own money.

Rules

• One person per account. Do not share a paid login.
• Do not scrape, overload, or break into parts of the site you are not allowed to see.
• Do not republish the live book or member alerts as if they were your own product.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, misuses the site, or creates a security or legal problem. Access ends when a subscription is canceled or payment fails.

Disclaimer

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Models, backtests, signals, and live fills are a record of what we do. They are not a recommendation that you do the same. Past results do not predict future results. Trading stocks and futures can lose some or all of the capital you use. Talk to a licensed adviser and read your broker’s disclosures before you trade.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LocusML is not liable for damages from using the site or from being unable to use it. That includes trading losses, missed or late alerts, wrong or delayed data, outages, and decisions you make after reading a page or a fill. If a complete waiver is not allowed, our liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the model involved in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. They apply only where they are legal.

Disputes

Email us and give us 30 days to try to fix the problem before you file a claim. These terms follow the laws of the place where the operator of LocusML lives, and disputes are brought in the courts there, except where a law gives you a right to sue somewhere else that cannot be waived.
