Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LocusML handles information when you use this website, including the Trade with us page. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), and, if you sign in with Google or another provider, the profile that provider sends.
• Membership answers on Trade with us: country, broker, capital range, and why you want to trade with us.
• Payment status. Card numbers are entered on Stripe, not on this site. We keep Stripe customer and subscription ids so we know which models you pay for.
• Messages you send through the feedback form, including the page you were on.
• Technical logs the host records so the site can run, such as IP address, browser type, and the URL requested.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, show the books you are allowed to see, bill through Stripe, answer you, and keep the site working. We do not use it to sell a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments. The host (Vercel) and our database provider store the site and account rows. A sign-in provider sees the login if you choose that option. We also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and membership rows stay while your account exists. Billing records stay as long as tax and payment rules require. Host logs follow the host’s retention period. You can ask us to delete the account information we hold by emailing the address published on the site.

Your choices

You can stop using the site and cancel a subscription from your account. If the law where you live gives you a right to access, correct, or delete personal information, you can use that right, subject to the exceptions in that law.
